IT'S GETTING COLD OUT THERE!

I met up with my friends Kim and Colleen at The Three Cups in the East Village (First Ave. and 5th St.)  Once again, we opted for an "all you can drink" brunch... no surprise with these ladies.  I love a place where you can walk in with 20 bucks and leave feeling satisfied with the meal, the Mimosas, the atmosphere and the service! Kim was part of my first post last July ( exactly 6 months ago) so it seemed fitting to start this post with her!

Kim's Wonder Woman T-shirt is from Andy's Chee-Pees (Vintage Store) Leather Jacket is vintage, Black Levi's.  She's been living in the East Village for almost 2 decades.
Her beauty secrets remain the same...SPF 50 every day, a vegetarian diet and lots of good ol' fashioned vodka and o.j. (hey, the vitamin C is a great anti-oxidant!)

Me in my Keith Richards tee-shirt that I picked up from a street vendor.  My sweater was a gift from my friend Sharon, (TJ Maxx) the flower ring (Vera Wang) was a gift from my sister. Colleen just gave me those silver handcuff earrings for my birthday that I adore! (handmade) I gotta say that I'm digging my nail polish from Essie called Smokin' Hot. (It's a cool grey/ purple matte)
My friend Colleen in a cross body bag (The Clint bag by Matt and Nat) that she just purchased from Moo Shoes on Orchard Street.($145.00)  Everything in the store is cruelty-free. The bag is made from recycled bottles!

Also on Orchard, is this tiny coffee shop..The Roasting Plant
You can actually watch your coffee beans shooting through the vacuum tubes before they are freshly ground, roasted and custom brewed just for you.  WTF? I love this place and the coffee is organic, fair trade and delicious!  Very tasty desserts, too!

 East Village Moon

Bryant Park After Dark..a little scary but beautiful.

Dominick is right on trend with a bead bracelet worn with silver accessories. Black and grey outfit from a Bronx boutique.

A lovely Sephora client in an H&M plaid scarf, jacket from ASOS and skinny jeans from Forever 21.  Bag and Boots from a boutique in Germany.
I love Lucy in this bright yellow leopard scarf (gift) French Connection Coat and Fingerless Gloves, Bvulgari Shades.($600)

My ride home..yeah, right.  I spotted this pink monster on 41st street behind The New Amsterdam Theatre.. hmmm...you think Mary "Popps In" there with her friends after the performance?  Mary Poppins has been nominated for 7 Tony awards, including best musical and won for Best Scenic Design. There's only one word for that..Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!  Really. What did you think I was going to say?

See you soon!
