A WHITE HALLOWEEN?

When Mother Nature plays a trick on us with snow, rain and power outages over Halloween weekend...we make our own treats...this is how we roll in NYC...

Bela Lugosi at The Wax Museum in Times Square is still my all time favorite Dracula.

Let's see what was shaking at Sephora...

These were my favorite clients..Day Of The Dead Zombies. After applying Tarte's Clean Slate Primer to the face and Benefit's Stay Don't Stray to the eye area I mixed the lightest shade of concealer with a matte white eyeshadow (both from Illamasqua) for the base and buffed it on with the airbrush precision foundation brush  from The Sephora Collection. (This is my favorite brush to use for any liquid, creme or powder foundation)  I drew the flowers free hand with Stila's waterproof liquid eyeliner and filled them in with eyeshadows from Make Up Forever using synthetic brushes (they hold more color than natural hair brushes)  The 'stitches' on the lips.. also Stila's black liquid waterproof (Kiss- proof!) eyeliner.

Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!!!

View from my window on Saturday, October 29.  Really!
Cheers!

See you soon!
